Mini Double-Layer Cakes!



 Mini Double-Layer Cakes



Ingredients: 2 t vanilla, 2 eggs, 1 3/4 t baking soda, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter.  

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream the butter and sugar.
3. Mix in the eggs, one at a time.
4. Mix in the vanilla.
5. Combine the baking soda and the flour and mix in.
6. Mix in the milk.
7. Grease cupcake pan with butter or spray, or use baking cups.
8. Fill halfway.
9. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.

Frosting: Mix together 1 T butter, 1 t vanilla, 2 1/2 cup powder sugar, 1/4 cup milk. Optional: add in food dye.

When cupcakes are done cooking, allow to cool. Cut in half and put frosting in the middle. Put back together and frost the outside. Decorate and enjoy!
